Price
The prices are presented inclusive of GST or VAT. It is possible to to see prices excl by a function in the webshop. If you order from a county outside of EU no GST or VAT will be charged. Taxes or other fees that might be added by the country the customer order from will be paid by customer and scandinavianstuff will not be held responsible.

Freight
Shipping costs will be added to price. How much will depend on weight of parcel and wich country it will be sent to, prices under following link: http://www.scandinavianstuff.com/en/freight-shipping?XBLG=668f7b9fd054540ef0008601a8d9b3df. The condition of parcels over 2 kg is that the order fits in a postage box with following measures 52cm x32cm x 12cm.

Payment
Creditcard, Paypal or Payson

Delivery
We will take care of you order as soon as possible. Normal delivery time is about 1 week but can vary depending on which country the delivery goes to. Normal delivery time is; from recieved payment untill the cutomer recieved ordered goods.

Delay of delivery
This might happen in cases when our supplier can't fulfill their deliveries to us. Of course we will do what we can for you to get your order as soon as possible and if delay will occur we will contact you. We can not be helt responsible for costs that might occur due to late delivery.

Tolls & Taxes
We can't unfortunately not give information regarding taxes, rules and regulations that is relevant to different countries as it varies from country to country. As customer you have the responsibility to find out necessary information. Possible tolls, fees and taxes will be paid by the customer. scandinavianstuff will not be responsible for paying tolls or send replacement order if goods got stuck in customs. Damaged Goods
When you recieve your order please controll the parcel right away. If the wrapping and content is damaged notify your postoffice or the company responsible to delivery and scandinavianstuff. Always keep the confirmation you get and notify us within a week.

Complaints
If you want to make a compaint for a damaged product or a wrong delivery contact us by email or the contact form in scandinavianstuff webshop within a week. Always save wrapping, box and confirmation for payment. If returning damaged product, if possible, do it in the same wrapping/box it arrived in.

Force Majeur
In case of war, nature disaster, strikes, decisions by government and other similar events that is out of our controll that can't have been fore seen, scandinavianstuff will not be helt responsible for not beeing able to fulfill obligations.
